Radio Frequency Identification Flip Chip Mounter is an equipment which is designed for IOT RFID industry, HF or UHF flip chip mounting. The largest width of applicable flip chip is 350 mm, while the size of chips is 8 inches.

Integration design makes it taking less space, which allows customers put it on the first floor or the workshop with the goods lift.

All the parts of the flip chip mounter can be designed personally according to needs of customers: the flatness, pressure and temperature of several groups of hot pressers can be adjusted. Whole equipment also can be integrated or separated according to the producing environment.

The glue dispensing and chip embedding parts are exposed directly to operators, which is helpful to improve its stability.

This equipment can be a unity or divided in to two machines for flip chip mounting function and hot pressing function.
