Product Description:

Stationary hydraulic dumbwaiter  scissor lift tables   offered find high suitability for lifting heavy loads to higher heights and can achieve maximum lift height of 40 feet (12 m). We make these available in operational capacity range from 200 kg to 10000 kg and in superior finish standards that make these easily handle movement of loads to different levels. Offering easy loading and unloading interface, these lifts can also be custom built in different sizes & capacities as demanded by the customers.

1. This model of lift is designed and produced based on customers’ special requirements: load capacity, lifting height, platform size and power supply.

 

2. They have two mainly types according to different sites. One is to be sited on a special place to loading cargos and then lifting to a certain height and move the cargos.

 

3. They other type is sited into a lift pit. The table of lift is in the same level with the ground which is convenient to move the cargo onto it. In this way it also called freight elevator. 

Power supply:

Local power is available at the working sites (220V, 380V etc)

Safety:

1. The platform equipped with antiskid plate to prevent slipping, it is enough safe when it works.

2. The work table would equipped the guardrail to guarantee the safety.

3. The lift has hydraulic overload protective organization to ensure that equipment will not lift when the load beyond its rated load capacity.

4. The machine equipped single control solenoid valves to prevent the platform dropping if power failure. You can open the manual dropped valve to lower the platform to the home position.

 

Control method:

Control box with “UP””DOWN””STOP ” button, You can control the lift up and down both on the platform and the ground, just need press stop button, it can stop at any point you need.
